This helps to eliminate the possibility of over-exerting your body and causing blood sugar to drop too rapidly. Before beginning a serious physical activity program more vigorous than brisk walking, don’t forget to be assessed by your doctor. Something to remember when changing your lifestyle is it should be taken in steps. For many people, trying to enforce all of these new practices at once often leads to failure. It is wise to start with one policy at a time until you get used to the change, and then add another changes to the mix. This also gives your body sufficient time to get used to a new and healthier way of life which results in fewer setbacks, lower blood sugar and weight loss.
